GUEST REGULATIONS SALOMON GANEM BUILDING
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By which rules of coexistence and security are established in relation to the companions of people who enter as guests.
The present regulation is mandatory for all guests of the private units of the GANEM building.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 2:
Those who enter as guests to the SALOMON GANEM BUILDING co-ownership: must meet the following requirements prior to their entry:
- Identify themselves with their full name and identity document
- Be authorized in the administration in advance
- The companion must be previously identified and authorized
ARTICLE 3:
Every guest will be responsible for any damage caused by him or his companions to the common property: these damages will be assessed and billed by the administration to the owner of the private unit, after prior written notification. In any circumstance, the owner, when authorizing the entry of a guest, is responsible for the behavior of his guest, who must comply with these regulations.
ARTICLE 4:
PROHIBITIONS
- Prostitution is prohibited in private units
- The holding of parties, mini-teas, or any other activity that generates noise or disturbance to the other residents of the co-ownership.
- The use of sound equipment on the balconies of the co-ownership or in the common areas.
- The sale of psychoactive substances or consumption by the guest in the residential units.
- The entry of female companions to the co-ownership is prohibited.
- The entry of any companion who is known to provide their services as escorts in this city is prohibited.
ARTICLE 5:
Sex tourism is prohibited in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1098 of 2006, and therefore any guest is prohibited from entering the property in the company of a minor of any sex who is not a family member (child, etc.), in order to protect minors from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence caused by national or foreign tourists.
ARTICLE 6:
If the guest or companion violates the provisions of this regulation, the administration of the SALOMON GANEM BUILDING will immediately request the tourist service provider to terminate the contract and consequently, will proceed to remove it from the facilities of the co-ownership. Likewise, the co-ownership may resort to the protection of the National Police, as regulated in article 32 of the National Police Code. From the date that this regulation comes into force, the provisions of the regulation that this co-ownership had before this date are without effect.
REGISTRY OF MINORS
If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the identification document of the minor(s) (civil registry), which proves the existence of the relationship. If the minor(s) are not traveling with their parents, you must provide at the reception, in addition to the minor’s identification document (civil registry), the parents’ permission, which must be authenticated by a Notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors are not allowed to enter the hotel. The above is in accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001, Statute to Prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant regulations.
